American Strength Class currently offers 22 California standards-based lessons to help students become independent learners. We don't merely offer workout plans to follow (although we do that too!); just as importantly, we offer guidelines for learning that will allow you to customize your own training long into the future. The first five lessons are available for free, below. The remaining lesson plans will be available soon. The standards-based lessons are and will always be free of charge, as we are happy to have users share them as widely as needed.
